Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the desert.
For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given… And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
The angel said to the shepherds, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.”
The angel said to Mary, “You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High.”
The Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe.
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.
In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.
